My daughter and I are dairy and gluten free due to allergies.

I think there's enough evidence out there to suggest that in a small percentage of people, gluten is the cause of their psoriasis flare ups. Beyond the research, it just makes sense. I know for me personally, gluten really messes up my digestive system...

I've been gluten free for roughly 4-5 years and my GI/endoscopy/blood results have all normalized but my DH rash is still there.
I'm not positive it's DH but my dermatologist strongly believes it is; it's been biopsied...
