I understand using 4 conductor if wanting to coil split but are there any negatives to using 4 conductor? If ordering new pickups it seems it would make sense to always order 4 conductor just to have the options and perhaps better resale? Am I missing...

True with 4 conductor you have a more versatile setup.
Some are more traditional.
Though I don't use 3-conductor often, it's a pretty good are into effects, switching etc.
Better as 2 conductor? My dog says it does.

Is it ok for me to run main conducters from bottom right corner of box up to top and to main breaker or is this to long i heard that you need to use the shortest possible length of conductors. they will probably be a foot and a half long inside panel

I am aware that as regards both bending conductors and running them through conduit, the NEC imposes limitations on both the bend radius (some multiple of the cross sectional area I think) AND the maximum "fill" of the conductors in the conduit...

2/0 copper is fine grounding conductor (ground) and grounded conductor (neutral).
