So everyone is sh*tting on the G-Town Cruise, yeah it was gay (literally) but this years turnout was the biggest it's been.

Whenever you are ready to meet tell the guy you want to meet up. Its really that simple. If he wants to see you he will. If he is busy and wants to see you he will tell you that, and reschedule.

My impression has been that the primary purpose of all-hands meetings isn't communication but rather motivation/morale/team-building, as the information could be communicated just as effectively in written form.

That's fair enough and as I said overall it was a good day.
I went last year in the TVR and it was a good day out, but I was pretty miffed at having to park, and have a good plan in place for 2012 to cope better.
