My kids are finally old enough to enjoy the museums. Any suggestions for some fun places to take them in DC?

But I would also add in the spy museum.
Also, Mount Vernon would be good for older kids.
Also, the American History Museum.

I am not a real big museum person, but I would say Historical Museum....
Has the J M Davis gun museum, very good one.
Good.
New Bern, NC has or had a very good War of Northern Agression museum several years back.
