For Sam Houston has a museum, a good one.
San Antonio - lot down there.

Myself and the family will be in California for vacation. We will be in LA and southern environs. What are some good museums? I know of the armor museum in LA. Found it on the internet and Camp Pendleton has an armor museum I plan on attending as well...

While in Navy boot camp, 41 years ago I remember seeing a very nice T-92 HMG in a museum ....

Going to London, Amsterdam, Paris, etc. start of June. Still thinking of different kit options with a D800 - but I have seen one common advice which is to take a f/1.4 lens for museums as flash and tripods are not allowed. I do have all 4 of those f/1...
