Pitching ... is beginning to fall apart, or is this a temporary spell? This team is not built to win shootouts. They were good the first five weeks because of the pitching, and if that doesn't hold up, I am afraid another long summer looms ahead for them...

Looking for advice on a new pitching rod. What have you guys found to be the best thing going in the $100-$150 range? Obviously lowever price is also okay, but willing to pay more if the extra cost is warrented.

Try the phenix to justify.
I used it until I upgraded to a dx744.
I would recommend looking into this if you are willing to spend is a nice pitching rod and its in your price range.

I notice that on some of the last Hogan iron sets made---Edge GCD, BH-5, etc.--the traditional "E" on the pitching wedge was replaced by the more conventional 'P."

Who gets the credit for the pitching? It really is starting to be hard to downplay the pitching. After 26 games we have given up the fewest runs in the AL. That would be a pleasant surprise in and of itself, but how we have done it is even more of a shock...
