I have a request from a friend in Asia who's looking to import Pacific Skates in large quantities as in 40' containers. I have no idea where to start. Do people target them or are they just a by-catch? I would appreciate any help.

Method of processing They're good....
Skates and Rays.
They are mainly a by-catch.
Skate wings make faux companies, like Trident or Bornstein.
Are considered delicacies in Asia.
