Is quad core less stable for OC than duo core?
I am also curious about what people that have had both say. I am wondering when price cuts come on July 22nd will it be more benneficial to get the E6850 or Q6600 and what are the cons of going quad core heat wise as well as bandwidth wise? So what do you fellas have to say about that mabe some of you gents that have owned both Quad Core as well as the E6800 care to comment and add suggestion to my question?

Quad core over duo core Which one is better for me?
I would probably just get the E8400 now rather than wait for the Q9450 which will probably cost quite a bit more and is really no faster in games. Please help support us by visiting our sponsors...

Whats cooling your Core 2 Duo?
What kind of cooling are you using on your new Core 2 Duo? I'm looking for a semi inexpensive but good for overclocking heatsink and fan.

Will nVidia ever make a Core 2 Duo chipset?
As an ex-AMD guy, I grew to absolutely love nVidia 'nForce" chipsets. They were very fast and stable, OC'd well and their RAID performance was better than the Silicon Image options that were also offered.
I'm tempted to get a P5W DH and trade my DS3 in for one as you can get at least another 300-400MHz OC out of them with an E6600. But another part of me says hold on because there may be better chipsets coming soon.

If I had to put money on it, I'd bet that the processor is soldered. For that matter - where would one go to purchase an L7400?
