For example, I keep getting news headlines from FOXNews. I don't really consider FOXNews to be real "news," and I would like to personalize Google News so that I do not get any of their stories. Is this possible?

Probably 20 news stories a day or more through google news, but i don't like to keep web history to add the badge section back even after re-checking the option " Show Google News Badges" of it.

Its google own staff which publish the news on there site.
