Restart, and opened regular IE7- No problem or msgs... Closed.
Opened sbie, and it wanted to install Page Rank? Declined, as not wanted.

To uninstall the Google toolbar from the toolbar Click the down arrow next to the Toolbar's wrench icon. Select Uninstall from the drop-down menu. Click Uninstall.
