Leaving in 3 weeks need help!!! WE have a 4yr and 5yr old The Gran Caribre seems to have better reviews over the Great Parnassus but my Husband says Gran Caribe pool is too small with no swim up bar? Has anyone been to both? REVIEWS PLEASE!

We were worried as the Gran Caribe of good reviews....
Are returning to the Gran Caribe next week as we like it there much better and my kids love the kids clubs there and the fridge in the room etc just makes for a nicer trip.

If it is watered down, which probably not.
Only watering down comes from the ice melting in your drinks...I do know that bartenders will watch for unruley guests and not give them a lot of booze or in effect , cut them off...Doesn't happen often.. .

I think it would be a good ....
Everything is just a few minutes away.
The buses have a circular circuit they follow thorough the hotel zone .
However, the bus does stop out front of the hotel .
The party zone is not within walking distance from this hotel .

You still have access to the Gran Caribe but you will still end up spending all of your time at the Royal! I just put.
Gran CAribe is very nice but the Royal is top notch.
Here a few times and love it.

Akumal Beach Resort and Hotel Akumal Caribe are right on the beach with Akumal in the title - just want to make sure....
There are alot of pools go wrong with the Bahias .
Of the three you mentioned, the Gran Bahia Akumal is the nicer property.

It definitely has a younger crowd and is much closer to Santiago city which you will definitely want to visit .
Just from your ages, I can tell you right now that Club Bucanero would be the better choice .

At the far right of the resort (facing the ocean) the entrance is hampered by rock... .
The beach area itself is wide.
No one ever questioned us.
My wife even purchased a bathing suit at the Playa Blanca .
Last year we had no problem visiting the other shops .
