I know this has been asked before, but bear with me. My new countertops are black granite. They are (supposedly) permanently sealed. I want to keep them looking new and glossy. So far, the best thing seems to be water and dish detergent, then wipe dry...

I have only used....
They have a daily cleaner and a polish that they recommend using once a week.
I buy it at the grocery store for probably $7-8 .
I like Granite Gold.
I think we got ours from home depot or lowes .

I use Granite Gold, *Daily Cleaner Pledge, the no build up one ....
Quick, easy and it's easy to see streaks, especially in certain lights .

Which granite do you like? Have you thought about whether the pattern in oak will go with the granite? I say this because it is easy to focus on matching the colors without considering the movement.

Best decision I made them to be noticeable.

In 20 yrs you can lightly sand it and will look brand so we've seen alot of beautiful kitchens .

Owner, or customer! I don't think in it, Granite installer did that to make....
The sink selection...however he bought all the plumbing fixtures from the granite people so, even they weren't this bad! Glad I'm not the GC, granite co.
