Use a dressing or not....
I often put grapes or chopped apples on my salad as well to sweeten into cubes.
salad leaves, olive oil, squeeze of lemon, cubes fresh beetroot ( not in vinegar), cubes of feta (I love the Ballymaloe ones).

I was running late last night and had to stop in to a convienence store to grab a drink and supper. I saw some chicken salad sandwhichs and grabbed one. It was ok, but not "good" by far. That got me thinking. Now I want a GOOD chicken salad...

I DO NOT eat veggies.
Horrible, I know. However, I'm REALLY sick of eatting junk. I went trough a phase when I started my meds that I lost my appetite completely. I lost about 10lbs...I gained everyone of them back within the month.
