The key is to spend more calories than....
Depends on your basal metabolic rate, how many calories you eat in total, and how many you expend (exercise) .
Too many variables.
Why not do an hours worth of exercise a day, and lose weight that way ? or do both .

To the challenge, asked to see the manager and explained the definition of a fruit salad at length lady said the fruit salad with mango is not classed as a fruit salad, even though last week it was.

The OJ won't be absorbed by the grapes unless maybe on a salad.
Not in my opinion, I prefer a variety in my fruit salad.

bacon
frozen peas.
It is crunchy and light if you want the recipe .

Try KFC's BLT salad. YUM! I like the fact the tomatos are diced and not left in huge chunks or those annoying little cherry/grape tomatos.. you get a lot more tomato this way (or it seems!). They offer it with a free bottle of Aquafina water right now...
