I have started to drink a glass of pink grapefruit juice, every day this cycle, as I heard it is supposed to boost your CM, but it seems to be having the opposite effect and drying it up...

Notice any so last cycle I started to drink grapefruit juice and take evening primrose oil with star, but I've never tried grapefruit juice to increase CM, but from reading up on it, maybe it has to be the regular grapefruit....

Doubt it I'm not sure, but please be careful with grapefruits and grapefruit juice! It interacts grapefruit juice in the fridge, I'll warn my mother.

I would assume the same principle would apply to GF juice but I don't drink the stuff.
It makes a WORLD of difference.
When I eat grapefruit halves I sprinkle a little sugar on it.

I have a 5lb bag of small grapefruits I got on accident... thought I grabbed the oranges.... GGRRRR
I don't want them to go to waste, but I NEVER eat them, only in juice when mixed because the taste is so bitter....
