Anyone have back surgery?
When you are ready to exercise again, consider swimming or something other than triathlons. I know several who have continued trying and it just makes them physically worse.
I injured my back in High School Gymnastics and the effects are still there. I would recommend against pushing oneself into physical self destruction when there are other means of getting good exercise.

Does It Exist Images Of The Atom?
Based on the images provided, I gather the atoms are shaped much like horns . A quick look through the table of elements shows that the transition metals are arranged into 10 columns. Furthermore, it does appear the top row of transition metals, the row of ten which contains many of the electric metals which are vital to our health, all have seven shells of electrons.
If I ride a motorbike under high voltage wires, I gather the induced voltage in the transition metals will be related to the velocity of the metal through the man made magnetic fields. I guess the money which is made with nickel and copper isn't such a good thing then. It would seem that it is affecting my biochemistry at the quantum-mechanical level, like unto a beast with ten horns and seven heads!

I can't say anything other than wow after reading excerpts from emails. If these documents hold up as genuine then everything that we have been told about warming since the 80's is in doubt.

Any Peroneal Nerve recovery stories?
Hamish, - I am very happy for you, that is very positive news. I have another EMG at the end of this month hopefully i will get some positive news. But i have lost alot of faith in the neurologist im seeing so i dont really care if the news is not positive. How much of your nerve did they tell you was damaged?
