I'm off to the store today & was planning on getting a pizza stone. But, the more I looked online I also saw a lot of pizza pans (metal with tiny holes in them).
Which one is better?

To use a pizza stone you need....
Cast Iron is great also.
A pizza stone is great for a thinner crispy crust.
In the oven while it is preheating and then slide the pizza on it and it turns out great every time off.
