Hello, I wonder if anybody knows for sure if ESIT offers Greek as a C- language? and if so, do they offer Greek every year? I heard that for Greek A they need at least 4 students. But how about for Greek C? Would be great if someone can help Thanks

There would be no difference....
languages and then you add Greek! What is your combination? Thanks, but I need a school that does offer Greek as C for sure, otherwise I can do my combination elsewhere and also add Greek C later on.

Use mb_strtoupper() and mb_strtolower().
Use Mb_StrToUpper and Mb_StrToLower They are a part of the Multibyte String Functions , that can work with multibyte character encodings .

If you just want to enter a couple a Greek characters, I would find their Unicode character number and use Unicode composition....
Simply add the Greek layout to your mileage may vary.

Greece has never officially called you or your Language as Macedonian because we have this word the last 3000 years for a Greek tribe and its language or your Language....
It is a private contract, not official Greek document.
