Stay in Chania (Xania).
Look an interesting vegetarian restaurant near the hotel where we enjoyed eating on the sidewalk watching.

I was watching YouTube videos on how to make Greek Coffee. I am totally intrigued. Has anyone tried this? If so how is it? On all the videos it was sugared black coffee but I think I would have to have creamer.
