Thanks again I seem to recall Pandesia having Greek Nights, but I've never enjoyed the dining experience there.

Stay in Chania (Xania).
Look an interesting vegetarian restaurant near the hotel where we enjoyed eating on the sidewalk watching.
You could also try Evvia, but you'd probably need to speak some Greek.

I was watching YouTube videos on how to make Greek Coffee. I am totally intrigued. Has anyone tried this? If so how is it? On all the videos it was sugared black coffee but I think I would have to have creamer.

I don't know anything about Greek coffee, but I do think it's similar to Turkish.
I have had it in Greek restaurants.
