Simples! well, same here..greek salad, I love it i toss it,easy chop it all up wash it plonk it bonk on your plate usually the basic garden salad: lettuce, tomato, peppers, onions, no cucumbers
sometimes I add shrimp ....

I'm with Ringie - black (angus) and blue.
Steak with blue cheese crumbles.

Salad is not the only way to get healthy veggies! :) You can also cut....
Why not just roast, steam, or saute/stir fry your veggies? Salad is by no means with time but I agree to have more stir fried or roasted veggies.
Of them with my meals.
