Seems to me it might be Xanax or zoloft but who can sleep are green.
Does it have any numbers or engravings on it? If it does, go to yahoo and type in bright green pill with whatever letters or numbers are on it.

Yes..anxiety can cause hand tremors.
I do think it takes time to this.
