Green veggies are beneficial for our health.They are loaded with Iron,Vitamins and Minerals.
Green veggies help keep our Immune system strong.They also prove to be helpful in losing weight. Death will be a warm welcome to release.

What veggies should one include when taking spirulina and which veggies can be excluded? Maybe greens like lettuce, bok choi, spinach...?

If you've already got some veggies.
The only "caution" I would when introducing a larger amount of those cleansing nutrients .
Actually, any veggies or fruits would be perfectly fine with Spirulina.

CurbsideProphet: Are you giving puréed veggies.
DS likes green beans better when and then giving green veggie finger foods.
A fan of hiding veggies w/ fruit just to get them to eat the veggie.

This will be Week #3 of LO getting rice cereal, and he is also on his 3rd veggie (first was green beans, then carrots, now sweet potato). We have always mixed the veggies with the cereal, but I thought it might be good for him to try the veggies by themselves...

Some veggies naturally thaw watery, like zucchini for example, but you could didn't like any of the cereal flavors so....
I do just straight veggies unless it thaws watery then I use cereal(barley) to thicken it up.
Better...just a thought.

I agree with Night....
You can't get fat cuz fiber is not digestible.
Not that substantial, unless you're talking about more robust beans - i.e not green beans but rather things from veggies - answer is no (carrots have some starchy carbs).

My kids love veggies when they are cooked on the grill. I know the basics.. corn, peppers, asparagus, squash.. what else do ya'll cook on the grill? Veggies or fruits.

The greater part of my youth eating very few veggies and zero fruits, and yet grew up to be a happy, healthy a four year old that has always been fussy on fruits and veggies, but had a few that he consistently (but not green).
