There are times when of Failsons post sometimes I ask for a grilled cheese and my wife has a headache and doesnt want to make it.

For me, the simplest....
Slam it shut and grill the whole thing in melted butter and eat it with a cup of hot tomato soup.
It's heaven! Mine is very basic: American cheese, two on the cheese.
