Great with a lemon poppyseed dressing....
A spinach salad with pecans, goat cheese, sliced strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and dried cranberries .
Mango chutney or salsa ??

Thank you for your quick response, but what I was really wondering is what kind of chili pepper do you use? There are very many varieties of chilies, not sure... .
But note that some used dried chili in place of fresh .
Fresh - you do not mince dried chilis.

Sweet and Sour Margarita... .
You should contact the posting chef to make sure but I am fairly certain that a commercial product is what was meant .
