There was a drop of a very clear fluid coming from my female B. smithi's mouth area. There was another drop in the substrate. She is acting normal, active, pedipalps and fangs are all moving just fine. She hasn't been eating for a week or so, but I figure...

Some pigs react white fluid in their urine.
They usually don't leave white grooming fluid on fleece.
Cavies produce a milky white fluid from their eyes that they groom themselves likely calcium in their urine.

Valid points from everyone. Was I little too angry when posting this? Probably. But I think any reasonable person can also understand my frustration. I do my research and find that I'll get a healthier pig by going to a rescue and within one week of doing...

Wildcavy That does sound like a great rescue! I haven't been to an adoption event yet (going this Saturday to get Fat Albert a friend) but so far I have been to a foster's set up and the house of the person running our rescue...It is pretty amazing.... .

It's not always required, but it often helps.
