In the general retail market supply chain, what is the gross profit margins from Manufacturer to the Distributor and from Distributor to Retailer? Let's suppse a Seasonal Holiday Sales item.

Distributors will need a pretty solid markup on a seasonal item, while on non-perishable continuing lines of business they may only need 12-15% .
You should probably figure on 50% markups at both levels .
