Which part of the cow is most "Ground beef" taken from? and how healthy it is? the ground beef one would use inside chili...how healthy and why?

It is generally labeled as 80/20 with your country'....
If it is labeled "Ground Beef" it can be made from any part of the cow (except organs) and can", "Ground Sirloin" etc, it must be ground from that cut of beef only.

It seems I always have ground beef in my freezer. I make spaghetti, chili, etc but would like to try something different. Any ideas?

You can do this with either ground turkey or beef.

I'm curious, throughout all of my readings on this forum I've seen toppings ranging from basic cheese and pepperoni, to some borderline crazy combinations. This is fine, but I haven't seen one mention of ground beef, nor seen a picture of somebodies ground...

Bought some 85/15 ground beef and weighed out 4.2 oz. raw. Flattened it, cooked it on my George Forman Grill and re-weighed it...2.5 oz. I'd say "Buyer beware!" I did not add anything to it, just cooked it plain. There was 1/4 cup of grease in the drip...
