I realized here a lot of ppl call it hamburger so I had to ask what do you call ground beef used for meatloaf, tacos and hamburgers? My mom calls it chop meat and I call it ground beef.

Generally I call it hamburger - i have referred to it as ground beef before though.
I now call it ground beef (here in Canada) but growing up in Ireland we called it minced meat I call it hamburger.
