I apparently bought white ground turkey by accident rather than the regular ground turkey. I didn't realize it until I was cooking the turkey and it was white. It tastes more turkeyish than the regular ground turkey does, but the white color is throwing...

I'm trying this 17 day diet and I can't have any red meat. Well I love burgers and anything that is made with ground beef. I have to switch to ground turkey and I can't stand it.

Spagehetti and meatballs? Tacos? My favorite thing to make with Ground Turkey meat is taco-like meat.
You can do anythng with turkey that you would do with ground beef.
