For something more serious or accredited: in Ireland there is the ICT, I'm sure there's something similar in Michigan or at the federal level in the US .

In our environment, an employee can have multiple managers. They can also be in multiple departments.
How can I accomodate this in active directory as the manager attribute appears to be a single value, and a user can only be in one OU?

As it says on the tin - why do managers care what time I start work? I want to try to understand this, so I can accommodate them better.
As far as I am concerned, as long as the person does the job by the deadline, there is nothing to worry about.
