This year I don't want to wait forever to get my seedlings to grow. Does anyone know where I can buy grow lights and heating mats in the north?

I can't tell....
Most other growers I know also use this shop light method, the "grow boxes to keep them up near the lights, as they grow I remove the boxes.
And for 18 years it's worked for me.

Currently in process of Designing some Custom Habbo Grow Lights, they go good with the Marijuana Series such as Marijuana Throne, Bob Marley Throne, Marijuana Egg, And Marijuana Plant

Are you going to be able to more the lights closer/further to the plants if you need to? yeah i'm going to add hooks and a chain so i can be able to move the lights higher as the plants grow looks great.

HPS lights can get to hot to touch a proper grow tent where the heat won't be trapped in get some inline fans and not have to worry about.
The wood will absorb heat like a sponge and take a while to dissipate .

These lights these lights might just be the next generation of grow lights.
To replace a bulb again, or run chillers and air conditioning units to cool your grow room.
