What is a good resource for finding out the warning numbers in Visual C# 2008. I found this page: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/4wtxwb6k(VS.71).aspx but it's very hard to sort through the warning numbers.

You can resolve this specific warning either by:
Reducing warning level (it's a level 4 warning) Removing /doc switch (which will stop XML file generation) Disable the... .
Just press F1 on the warning location to view MSDN documentation for it .

Something that still stumps me to this day is guide numbers, I know I have to divide the GN by the aperture to get the distance but what about the shutter speed part of the equation? How does that factor in? Thanks in advance for the enlightenment!

Guide numbers are only accurate, if your camera and flash....
The shutter speed will not have any or 1/250) and the ambient light will be too dim to affect the exposure .
Power (guide number); subject distance; ISO; and aperture.

It is a US number them from another country.
Toll free numbers are for within a country and don't work if dial from outside.

Over the years I have owned a number of 1911's that had FLGR's the standard GI guide rod but do have a couple of guns with FLGRs that I've never bothered to replace need to use with a FLGR....
I prefer the standard GI length guide rod.
