You might want to take a look at the Guitar.
It doesn’t sound like you have any music specific needs, you just need to be able to attach text that you try installing it and seeing what it can do.

Sheet music & tablature aren't exactly standardized, most digitized sheet music I've seen has been either image files or Postscript with special fonts, and tab is just.
A LaTeX-based print solution.

chord charts can be had for free from a million sites music, it's usually only REAL musicians who use sheet music, so as a 30 year guitarist, I wouldn't.

You can just tab out what you want, and right above it will show you how .
Just write the original, or a copy of guitar pro.
You can even transpose in that program.
To write the sheet music.

Where can i find on the net. i usually use http://www.ultimate-guitar.com or my guitar pro program but they only give tab music or chords. i need certain songs in proper fancy sheet music like this

Move up and down if necessary.
When i was younger i could read sheet music, now all i see are dots and lines Pick a position and stick with it.
But the lowest line is the Low E, next highest is A, and so on .
