I have a rifle with a 30" barrel, it is 53.5" long with the brake and I can't find a hard case that will fit it. If anyone knows of one that will fit it I would really appreciate it.

They have always replaced any parts and complete cases, if necessary at no charge.

So I am looking for a case to hold my guns during transit to and from the field. I am looking for a hard shelled case, polymer or aluminium (don't really have a preference) with eggshell foam or pick n' pluck foam. I would rather not order from online...

If the mags are reliable then a 10/22 chambered in 22 , which is a great gun id say go ....
Of those two I would say Ruger 10/22, the gun is almost as configurable as an AR so you can pretty much make it into exactly the gun you want.

It is worth it for the spectacle of guns and gun related products, but usually when I buy a gun at the show it is some sort of C&R or hard to find gun, not a new one.

Just trim to min case length and you are good boxes of the older style Nosler 100 gr partitions....
Using 30-06 I had to usually ream the necks..but with the 270..no such problem .
Adam..like you I used a bunch of 270 cases for 25-06 many years ago..

Plano XL Accessory Case (1404) - 4 gun case, have 2 a gun rug for each of my many hand guns, also I very rarily take more than two to three hand guns.
One bag for all three was getting silly.
