Hi,
When considering 6 years of CAP count is it the date of first petition or the physical stay in USA on H1b.
For ex: My h1b was applied in Oct 2005 but i used only 3 years of it.
Can i use the remaining 3 years without CAP eventhough petition is older...

Many big IT companies
hire H1B as FTE and then sponsor for their GC.
Obviously you lived like a frog in the well.
None of the above applies to FTE extent.
Are you talking about H1B hired as contractors or as FTE.
