My H1B Visa expires by Aug 22, 2012. I got the H1B extension approved from Aug 23, 2012 to Mar 2013. I will be in India during June last week and I am planning to go for stamping. If I go for stamping, is there any issue in me traveling back in the month...

Hi,
My H1B is expiring next month (Jun 30th, 2012). My visa has expired on 30th Sep 2009.
I went to US on "Jan 22nd 2007" and came back to India on "Feb 24th 2010". I stayed in US for 3 years.

It is not advisable to go for stamping with just 1 month validity which is not realistically enough to file the H1B extension considering LCA and the time petition to travel back....
For the visa stamping as I just have a month left.

I've been-stamping once your transfer....
Unless you are referring to a change in employer you MUST get a H1B VISA TRANSFER done.
This does not require re-stamping if already in US.
To file for H1B transfer via the same employer.

This is what most of the people are doing day to day .
What exactky are you trying to ask? What is so speacial about your case? Once the petition gets approved, apply for the visa and if visa gets approved, travel to work for the U.S employer .

H1b is based on your educational qualification and an approved work.
It is not required.
