Hi,
My H-1B visa petition has been applied by my current employed and is also approved by US embassy, the current status is "Ready for stamping", its not yet stamped.
P.S. My sister as well as my fiance are in USA on H-1B visa, so either of them can send...

No one can predict the chances of any visa stamping.
You may have better luck permitted to do on any specific visa .
It is your employer that is preventing you from obtaining H-1B stamping.
