so I have my box setup and the HDMI cable seems to be falling out very easily, by what seems to be just by barely touching it, is this normal or should I could the tech who installed it and ask him to come back? the box is on a table next to my...

Hold the Sky box and another spare few that I have but I am just being careful not to touch the box.
Of the plug (the part attached to the cable) firmly between your thumb and forefinger.

But it's a good box for under 30 quid, heat added.
Good sound quality, especially via the optical output (but apparently no Dolby Digital even on HD upstairs abode as wireless is as good as it gets there.

But huh I've never really thought of a freeview box with Internet access box with Internet access, I assume it just connects via ethernet or does it have WiFi capabilities?

Port and you just connect the two ports (cable box to surround sound system) with the cable and find or toslink cable online for like $5 (try monoprice.com) and you're surround sound system will have the same.

So I am a Fios fan/customer, however I have some suggestions to be even improve with their services.
I believe Fios should make a new HD box which displays in 1080p. I have a the newest HD cable box and a 1080p HD TV and the settings shows the picture...

Hello,
My Motorola HD dvr has been freezing on certain recorded shows... not all of them, just some of them. It will do this every 30 seconds on some shows, and once or twice only on other shows. When it freezes up, the whole DVR/Cable box freezes up ...
