HIIT on an empty stomach is a very bad idea in my opinion.
Doing it on an empty stomach is a good idea because HIIT tends to beat you up pretty bad, if you.

But, you will burn muscle for sure if you do this first thing in the morning or on an empty stomach.
I know running on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is easier! Sheesh after eating all day and taking supplements I start having cramps and gas! Lol running at night is crazy for me! I thought I was going to explode last night! :-)

Eat when you are hungry, if you are not hungry, wait till you are .
You do not need to eat six times a day .
