Hms springbank was there another ship named this? As the firstship named hms springbank was torpedoed in 1941, was there another ship that was later named springbank?

No, there was no predecessor to HMS Springbank.

That most of her time has been spent in convoying .
Adopted the HMS Amaranthus, as I understand it this was done by the public of Bacup paying donations job was to tow a bomb damaged trawler to Belfast.
As I am about 90-95% done with this one, I thought I'd stick it on here now. I'll hopefully finish it over the weekend! By no means the prettiest ship of the Royal Navy, hope you all like anyway...
