Hms springbank was there another ship named this? As the firstship named hms springbank was torpedoed in 1941, was there another ship that was later named springbank?

No, there was no predecessor to HMS Springbank.

While I don't begrudge anyone the chance to blat away with the minigun it could have been sunk by nonchalantly and even limp wristedly discarding a few white phos grenades in to the hull to melt some great big holes in it.

That most of her time has been spent in convoying .
Adopted the HMS Amaranthus, as I understand it this was done by the public of Bacup paying donations job was to tow a bomb damaged trawler to Belfast.

For me it was the trip i took to Kenya.
First off my mom and i spent 10 days in london, did the tourist thing , saw the Crown Jewels, HMS Belfast, Imperial War Museum, Madame Toussaud's, Churchill's war room, boat trip on the thames, changing of the guard...
