You can terminate a HP agreement at any time by giving notice in writing you still owe the balance due on the agreement I don't think that this is correct.

Hi I think as the law stands if you have paid over 7k you get the choice to keep paying or to give up the vehicle i think iits... .
Bill them then make a counter claim I doubt they would be able to take the van off you if you have payed them 10 grand already .

The agreement date is May 1988 adn is for an amunt in US Dollars.
The agreement is actually a facility letter and it states that it is covered under Jersey law.
