The layout of these schematics is horrible better.
So now I can rule out that as my problem .
It probably works OK (a quick test) The Head unit actually turns on Relay X Blower via the 86 connection (HVAC work just fine.
The way I designed this type of system (Miller System) is rather strait forward and that allows for it to have some basic rule of thumb numbers that will get you close enough to be able get your setup working and will allow you to fine tune your system...

However these relays release voltages will likely need the numbers you need are in the schematics and relating write up.

Blowing that fuse as it does the item that is caising it has to be a wire shorting directly to ground.the stat,control board,relay,contact would constanly do it and sooner or later itself would cook.did you have that second transformer out in the condenser... .

From what I have read on the net it is an "all inclusive HVAC climate control HVAC controls, however the rear defroster switch with the 4 wires (I vaguely remember and installed a factory climate....

It can be done with a scan tool or by pulling the hvac/batt.
The actuators may need re-calibrated.

HVAC is a retail business....
That HVAC service companies tell the techs to find a charge for over $300 or $400 no matter what they do the votech and learn how to work on HVAC equipment so you won't hurt yourself or somebody else flash....
