Mostly hair growth is down to your genes though so there's not much you can do about it.
Some factors can impact hair growth rate - for example diet, recently bleaching/dying it and use of heat tools.

Let me start by stating that there is not a shampoo or conditioner that promotes hair growth unless common reasons for hair loss is ether medication, stress, or illness.
