If I wax the hair on my arms-which is fine and blonde-just kinda long and thick-will it grow back darker? and will it feel like prickly stubble when it grows back??thx

Nope, there is no evidence to suggest that waxing makes your hair grow back....
Thats hair grows back at an angle that makes it look darker.
Your hair follicles won't make your hair grow back darker.
No thats just a wives tale.

Both my parents hair colors as well I'm a real African American, and I grow hair like I belong in Iceland.

Everybody has hair all over their body's, some of it is going to be darker than the rest.
