I think it's the general consensus that this has been one of the most successful MotF rounds ever, considering how many amazingly high-quality entries there are! I just hope my fellow map-makers aren't all burnt out, and can enter again in MotF 52!

Kaiphranos gets my vote because it was the best map I saw.
For Esteban, as it's rare to see actually handdrawn maps, and it was both done well and interesting in terms not to choose.

Toft's Earth (180x94) based on Mercator projektion
As the map is handdrawn and I personally don't like 100 mini-islands I clumped some islands up together and left out most islands in the pacific. The rest of the map should be fairly accurate.

Do you have a predefined map? In which case, which tileset - something representing....
So if I understand correctly the map tiles will be done in the style of Tolkien's handdrawn maps, which is partly why I started playing with this.

If you have the skill, use your handdrawn assets, which will be automatically unique in your own style not very unique, many implement it.
If you are going with a click and drag game then I would think it would go great it .
