Hi, I work in IT and due to certain people not being able to manage projects at all, I am forced to accept deadlines which are no way near reasonable and therefore (again) work on my weekends. Is this fair? What can I do about this?

Is this fair? What with and therefore you challenged? Many aspects to it other than PMs failed you so you need to work on weekend.

For my horse, Spring Bay was hardly more strenuous than an average xc or jump school the weekend before....
I've done it, but only for easy, close events to start the following weekend.
This was a 13yo TB.
