I recently got a new MacBook. How can I determine the hard drive speed (RPM)? I am using Mac OS X Version 10.5.8.

If not, as that's the case, as jtb points out, you'll have to do a Google search on your hard.
Not all drives report this however.
Type of hard drive you have, the RPMs may be listed as Rotational Rate.

How can I tell Ubuntu to ignore my dead hard drive during booting?
I know my secondary hard drive is bad, but I cannot take it out. Every Reboot takes forever because Ubuntu tries to read from it for a long time and reports errors:

I want to find the pressure of the touch. I just don't know how to accomplish that result with out jailbreaking it and getting the raw touch data. Does anyone know How I would do this?

So sadly, what you are trying to do is not possible on a legit application .
And the screen does not sense pressure, and wether it even reports touch "size" to the OS is unknown .
It does not expose that data in anyway.
It's not possible with the SDK.

Use VisualSVN....
More info "svn help status".
Try svn status at the root of the directory you're checking .
Are you using Tortoise? Use "Check for Modifications" or "Commit" and in the dialog that comes up, make sure that "Show unversioned files" is checked .
