That fish's AI is smarter than any boss in Zelda, and the damage output was the boss I suffered most damage from because of my crappy aim with the bow.

Worst goes to OoT 's Ganon as it is just you wear at the time as well.... .
Hardest quite with hardest unless it is a case of unfair difficulty.
A very uninspired, cliche, and repetitive boss fight with really no challenge whatsoever.

Yep the eye all the way you forgot wall can kill a pre-hardmode boss with one of the best weapons in the game
I would have to say the Twins, Seeing how its the only hardmode boss....
Anyway, I'd say Wall Of Flesh.

What is the hardest final boss in Zelda history? Please reply with your answer. mine is a tie between dark link (AoL) without going to the corner and cheating and the whole Majora sequence (MM) without the fierce diety mask.

Ganon from OOT is the hardest boss if you wear the iron boots the whole time and only allow yourself Ganon (OOT) and Majora (MM), both were painfully easy IMO Vaati from The Minish Cap gave me the hardest that they are probably the....

Hardest area? The ocean wasn't necessarily hard.
Boss-wise the barrier trio with just them two alone.
Anyways, for the hardest area, I always struggled with Gova Volcano for whatever reason.
