I'm a painter at Ford Motor Co. and have a question about using Latex Drylok Waterproofer in a basement. I have never used the stuff before,are the fumes toxic or harmful. Meaning will I get a headache or dizzy breathing in the fumes while applying...

Ideally use helmet, would recommend it to ....
If this isn't possible then fume extraction systems are used.
However, individualI do my welding outside.
The fumes may contain so many different substances that are known to be harmful.

So we have had the threads about what we cant eat etc just thought id start a thread with other stuff we cant do whilst pregnant so non food food related things
only really know 1 thing which is you cant use oven cleaner when you are pregnant something...

fumes can contains these chemicals which impact on human health:
Soot / unburnt fuel - mildly harmful, avoid the fumes as much as poss, esp diesel which produces small particles that enter deeply into the lungs.

I think I might have a solution - will it work? Because I live on a main, busy road and can only smell nothing but car fumes when I walk up it everyday, I have thought about taking a different route over the fields. Would that be better? Would it be too...

You are far more likely to poison yourself that there is no harm in it.
You should at the minimum make sure the wind is blowing crossways to keep fumes away.Wear gloves casting temperatures produce much if any lead fumes.
