There are dozens of mappings that work well for either of those tunings, and for any tuning for that matter to the particular ....
You chose that to maintain the 5ths and thirds, and so that's what you got - a subset of the tuning.

Hello guys. I'm having a debate with my friend. I said that pinch harmonic on 18th fret of the B string is the same note as the 24th fret on the E. He said no it's pinch on 17th fret. so who's right?

For those who have them, does the adjustable harmonic dampener work? What setting do you find works best? I like the looks of this gun but am wondering about Ruger's approach to minimizing barrel vibration.

I'm having an interesting issue with my DW Toms - I've been able to get a great tuning out of my 10 and 12 inch VLT rack toms, and my 14 inch X shell floor tom.
The problem I am having is with my 16 inch VLX floor tom.
I cannot tune the 16 inch floor ...

I can't seem to tune these things badly! They have such a wide tuning range, and even if some.
