Source(s): basic knowledge of a makeup on the top of your eye, draw it out long and make wing tips, you can also search this on youtube.
Eyeliner makes eyes look bigger black makes them look smaller.

Developed a retina that was tearing away from one eye.

This morning was a lazy morning for me. I did not put on a full face of makeup. Instead, I barely lined my eyes (black eyeliner - upper lashline) and put a little bit of Mally's taupe eyeshadow stick on my lids. Finished with black mascara. I am not crazy...
