Is the Maynard Haunted Hayride cancelled? I heard that Mayor Sikes is being a jerk and cancelled it? Does anybody know for sure, and if so, why?

And it appears that the Haunted Hayride isn't currently listed under the available " Recreation!!! He was so looking forward to Test Tracks and now there will be no Haunted Carriage Ride.
