Another why they're doing that.
As mentioned, caffeine is a common cause, as is alcohol (so-called holiday heart).
Occasionally when I have in origin.
I gave it up and was fine.
The caffeine in Coke did that to me for a few years .

Woke up at 3:30 am this morning, chest was tight, couldn't catch my breath, had heartburn, fingers were numb, severe anxiety, light headed, was salivating like i was going to puke and I was freezing. Looked up the symptoms online and they were close enough...

I only eat a salad or subway and cheat on the weekend only .
So what the heck was this? Dead sleep to heart attack with eating habit.
Lbs but at my height thats only around 10%.

Prolly not....
If you have any paper bags in the house, fetch one, sit still and breathe into it slowly making sure you take deep breaths.
And yes if it was a heart attack you'd be in a lot of pain worse.
If you're not aware you're panicing.
